Ascent Leadership is always keen to hear from outstanding coaches who share our values and commitment to quality. If you are an accredited professional coach with a strong track record in leadership development, we would love to explore whether there might be a fit. We offer associate and employed positions, and are particularly interested in coaches who bring sector specialism or diverse backgrounds.

Minimum ICF ACC, EMCC Practitioner, or equivalent accreditation
At least 5 years' professional coaching experience
Evidence of continued professional development (CPD)
Commitment to supervision and ethical practice
UK-based with right to work in the United Kingdom
