These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ascent Leadership website and the executive coaching, leadership development, and workshop services provided by Ascent Leadership Ltd ("we", "our", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

Ascent Leadership provides executive coaching, leadership development programmes, team development workshops, and related professional services. The specific scope, deliverables, duration, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal or service agreement provided to you before work begins.

We reserve the right to update or modify our service offerings at any time. Any changes to an active engagement will be agreed with you in writing.

3. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, server, or connected systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or reproduce website content without our prior written consent.
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Booking and Payment

Engagements are confirmed once a signed service agreement and any required deposit have been received. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue.
• We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation terms apply unless your service agreement states otherwise:

• More than 14 days' notice: full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
• 7 to 14 days' notice: 50% of the session fee is payable, or the session may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.
• Less than 7 days' notice: the full session fee is payable.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing to info@blazepulsebridge.com.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information shared during coaching and development engagements as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Likewise, any proprietary frameworks, tools, or materials shared by Ascent Leadership during an engagement remain our confidential property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our coaching and development services are designed to support your professional growth. However, outcomes depend on individual circumstances and effort, and we do not guarantee specific results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We exclude all implied warranties and conditions relating to our website and services.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that engagement.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Disclaimers

The content on our website is provided for general information purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
